The Movement: SII VJ12

It features the SII VJ12 – a Japanese quartz movement with an accuracy of ±20 seconds per month and around three years of battery life. Additionally, a date window shows the current day. No effort, no routine – the Huxley just runs.

Case and Materials

The 40 mm brushed 316L stainless steel case measures just 7.8 mm in height – slim enough to disappear under tighter sleeves. The water resistance is 5 ATM, which is more than most everyday watches offer: rain, hand washing, and occasional contact with water are no problem. 

The sapphire-coated mineral crystal protects the dial from everyday scratches. The anti-reflective coating on the inside ensures good readability even in direct light.

The vegetable-tanned leather strap gives the Huxley warmth and character. The stainless steel mesh strap looks more modern and lighter. The articulated Steel Link strap provides more presence on the wrist. The rePET strap made from recycled material is the more sustainable option without looking sporty or unfinished. All straps can be changed without tools.
